New Delhi: GIVA has launched a 2-hour jewellery delivery service from its Bengaluru stores, targeting last-minute gifting and festive demand, the company said in a press release on Thursday.
The service covers gold, silver, and lab-grown diamond jewellery and has been developed entirely in-house by the company’s technology team.
“This innovation reflects our belief that fine jewellery should move at the same pace as our customers’ lives – fast, reliable, and ready to celebrate every moment,” said Anirudh Kudwa, chief revenue officer, GIVA.
The service uses hyperlocal fulfilment technology, real-time store inventory, and order routing to enable quicker deliveries, with Bengaluru stores functioning as micro-fulfilment hubs. GIVA plans to extend the 2-hour delivery model to additional cities in the coming months.
